๐Ÿ•‰️ Even When You Can’t See It, You’re Being Led

Namaste gentle souls,

Life is weird, isn’t it? There are times when the way is so misty and dark that it is hard to see a single step. In such instances everything seems to fail - plans fall apart, dreams get postponed, and relationships drift apart. At last we find ourselves asking: "What is my destination? Is there really someone guiding me?" If I were in your shoes I would answer: "Yes, even if the guide is invisible I am being led."

The story goes that a farmer was shocked after he had found that his horse was missing. The neighbors rushed over and exclaimed, “What disaster has befallen you!” The farmer in a very composed manner says, “Maybe yes, maybe no.” After some days, the horse came back bringing two other horses along with it. Once again, the villagers are loud, “What fortune!” The farmer looked at them and said, “Maybe yes, maybe no.” Not long after, the son of the farmer had an accident and his leg got broken while riding a horse. Once again people commented, “What misfortune!” And the farmer said it patiently, “Maybe yes, maybe no.” The king’s army arrived in the village to get young men for war. Thus due to his broken leg, the son is lucky to be left behind. The villagers now said, “What luck!” And the farmer, still calm and collected said, “Maybe yes, maybe no.”

The tale is about the farmer who is in every turn of fortune supported, shaped, and protected by an unseen hand.

A person walking on a foggy path with golden light guiding the way, symbolizing trust, hope, and unseen divine guidance in life.
Even in the fog of uncertainty, the light ahead is guiding you — trust the path you’re on

As the Bhagavad Gita says: "เคฏोเค—เค•्เคทेเคฎं เคตเคนाเคฎ्เคฏเคนเคฎ्।" — "To those who surrender with love, I carry what they lack and preserve what they have." (Chapter 9, Verse 22). It is really nice to feel that we are not alone in the world; the universe, God, or whatever we call that higher power — is by us, although in a no-show manner.

Just think of it: how many times have you basically reached a point where you thought it was your "end", and later you find out it was your "beginning"? Perhaps the loss of a job that led you to your real vocation. A breaking of the heart that taught you to value yourself. A postponement that rescued you from some undercover danger. Poet Rumi couldn’t have found better words: "Try to accept the changing seasons of your heart, even if winter seems endless. For spring is already moving silently within you."

Here is a small piece of poetry for your heart:

(Don't panic if the ways are foggy,
sometimes destinations are hidden behind the curtains.
The one which you take for a stumble will turn your way to the right path.)

So, dear ones, believe in the things that are invisible. Believe that the invisible hand is still guiding you. Believe that the light which you are not seeing is still shining for you. One day, it will be clear to you that each and every detour, delay, and heartbreak that you have experienced was the affectionate hand of the Universe bringing you exactly to the place where you are destined to be.
